We ship worldwide! Do make sure your country accepts shipment from Singapore before placing an order.
Regarding U.S. Orders
Currently, orders from the US will only be limited to flat items (i.e. stickers, prints) due to the new U.S. regulations. As a result of new regulations from U.S. customs authorities, all items with commercial value shipped to the U.S., regardless of value, will now be subject to new duties and taxes starting 29 August 2025. All U.S. orders containing items other than flat items will automatically be refunded.
Regarding UK/EU orders
Customers will be resposible for paying any VAT taxes or other fees incurred for their packages.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders will be packed and shipped in batches usually within 1-2 weeks of placing your order. With exceptions to items on pre-order, please check the individual item description for the shipping schedule of pre-order items.
When will I receive my order?
These are the estimated delivery times (in working days) provided by our local postage service. These may be subjected to unforseen delays.
Singapore: 1-5 days
Asia Pacific: 4-10 days
Americas and Europe: 10-15 days
Australia, New Zealand & Oceania: 8-15 days
Can I request a refund/exchange?
At this point, all orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Damaged/Missing Items
In the event that I have missed any items in your order, please email me or contact me on my socials with your order number and a photo of your received items. I will send out the missing items to you.
After your order has been shipped, we will not be responsible for any lost or damaged packages caused by the postal service. Thank you for your understanding.
