When will I receive my order?
These are the estimated delivery times (in working days) provided by our local postage service. These may be subjected to unforseen delays.
Singapore: 1-5 days
Asia Pacific: 4-10 days
Americas and Europe: 10-15 days
Australia, New Zealand & Oceania: 8-15 days
Regarding UK/EU orders
Customers will be resposible for paying any VAT taxes or other fees incurred for their packages.
Can I request a refund/exchange?
At this point, all orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

In the event that I have missed any items in your order, please email me or contact me on my socials with your order number. I will send out the missing items to you.
